INITIAL NUTRITION ASSESSMENT


Your initial assessment will include a review of your health history and current nutrition status, as well as goal-setting & some tools to get started.

By your second session, your practitioner will be able to outline your plan of care moving forward.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT


Between sessions, our Dietitians will often give 'homework' to work through on your own.


You can expect to debrief homework at each follow-up, gain new knowledge and skills, and review future plans with your practitioner.
